Rochford District Council has refreshed its Economic Growth Strategy for 2025 – 2028.
The strategy provides a strategic overview of the council’s key areas of focus across four economic growth pillars:
· Town Centre Regeneration: Revitalising the Hubs of our Communities
· Growing Businesses: Nurturing a Thriving Local Economy
· Skills: Building a Workforce for the Future
· Sustainability: Building a Green and Resilient Economy
The strategy identifies the key priorities for the council over the next three years and an action plan outlining deliverables. The action plan will be subject to annual review, the current plan covering 1 April 2025 - 31 March 2026.
Paper copies of the strategy, action plan and consultation survey are available at the Rochford District Council's reception desk at Rochford Library, 8 Roche Close, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1PX.
