We are planning how our new council homes will be allocated across the Borough and we would very much like to hear your views. This survey asks about what matters most to you, including who should be prioritised, how communities should be shaped, and what would encourage people to move.
Your responses will help us develop lettings plans that reflect local needs and support well-balanced, sustainable communities.
Our new developments coming forward:
Brookfield Close, Hutton – 62 new homes
Harewood House, Pilgrims Hatch – 40 new homes
Sir Francis Way, Hutton – 4 new homes
Ingleton House, Ingatestone – 11 new homes
Willingale Close, Brentwood – 3 new homes
Highwood Close, Brentwood -12 new homes
Who can take part in this survey?
The survey is open to all council tenants. We want to hear from as many residents as possible to ensure a wide range of views are considered.
