Thank you, this consultation has now concluded.
This consultation is for residents of Elizabeth House only. During recent inspections, the small fencing to the front of the building near the parking area on Albany road has been identified as rotted, broken and deteriorating.
It is proposed to remove the fence as it provides no security for the building and was in place as an aesthetic improvement to the block, however, it can hinder the grounds maintenance teams access to cut the grass.
As officers, we do not live in the block, therefore we are asking you as residents if you wish for this fencing to be removed or to remain.
We will base the decision on a majority vote, if we do not receive a response from you, we will take this as your agreement to remove the fencing throughout the front of the block.
