Support is available for residents who need help using smartphones, tablets or computers, setting up email accounts, accessing council and NHS services online, or improving their digital skills. Hubs are available at community locations across Brentwood.
The Essex Wellbeing Service offers free support to help residents make positive changes to their health and wellbeing.
The service can help with stopping smoking, becoming more active, improving mental wellbeing, managing weight and reducing loneliness and social isolation. Support is tailored to individual needs and available to Essex residents aged 16 and over.
Active Essex works with local organisations and communities to help people become more active and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Residents can find information about walking groups, cycling opportunities, community activities and other programmes designed to support healthier lifestyles and stronger communities.
We'll regularly share information about new projects, funding opportunities, support programmes and initiatives that may be of interest to Brentwood residents.
