Have Your Say on the Ingatestone Waste Trial
We are trialling changes to your recycling and waste collections and now we’d love to hear what you think. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve.
What’s Changed?
As part of the trial, black sacks were replaced with wheeled bins emptied fortnightly for non-recyclable waste, and single use recycling sacks were introduced. Since these changes, recycling rates in the trial area have increased by over 10% – a fantastic achievement, and that’s thanks to you!
Why Your Feedback Matters:
Your views will help to shape the future of waste and recycling services. The survey takes less than five minutes, and every response helps us make informed decisions about the trial and how recycling and waste service can be improved.
