Essex Wellbeing Service
The Essex Wellbeing Service provides free support to help residents improve their health and wellbeing.
The service offers personalised advice and support for a range of issues including stopping smoking, increasing physical activity, improving mental wellbeing, managing weight and reducing loneliness and social isolation. Support is available to Essex residents aged 16 and over.
