Brentwood Barometer
The Brentwood Barometer shows how housing services are performing and what residents' feedback is telling us overall.
It brings together key information and highlights to provide a clear picture of what's working well, where improvements are needed and the issues that matter most to residents. By combining performance information with resident insight, the Barometer helps us better understand the experiences of our tenants and leaseholders.
Preview: Housing at a Glance
While we're developing the interactive Brentwood Barometer dashboard, we've created the snapshot below to give residents an example of the type of information the Barometer will include.
This snapshot uses housing performance and resident satisfaction information to highlight key trends, strengths and priority areas for improvement.
Alongside this, our Resident Engagement in Numbers snapshot shows how residents have taken part in housing consultations and engagement activities, helping to shape services and influence decision-making. It highlights the reach of our consultations and the value of resident feedback in driving improvements.
What you'll find here
You'll be able to see:
Clear and easy-to-understand information about housing performance
Highlights of key issues raised by residents
Updates on priority areas such as repairs, estates and customer service
Regular snapshots showing changes and trends over time
Information that helps residents understand what's happening across housing services
Interactive Dashboard Coming Soon
We're currently developing the Brentwood Barometer dashboard, which will provide more detailed information about housing performance and resident feedback.
Once launched, the dashboard will allow residents to explore performance measures, view trends over time and access regular updates in a simple and interactive format.
Why this matters
The Brentwood Barometer helps us understand how housing services are performing and how residents are experiencing them.
By bringing together performance information and resident feedback, it helps us identify issues early, monitor progress and understand whether changes are having the desired impact. It also provides residents with a clear and transparent view of housing performance, supporting our commitment to openness, accountability and continuous improvement.
